Halla Six Home Sauna

Halla Six is our largest indoor cabin, specified for lower-level wellness suites and pool houses. Thermo-treated alder gives the interior its deeper colour and dimensional stability at repeated high heat, and the two long bench tiers allow a genuine difference in temperature between the upper and lower seat. A panoramic glazed wall on one elevation turns whatever is outside it — snow, garden, water — into the view. This is a considered build, and site conditions matter; our team reviews floor loading and ventilation before quoting.

The upper tier runs noticeably hotter than the lower, so people find their own level. With six inside it still feels generous, which is rare.

Fifteen to twenty minutes of heat, three or four evenings a week, ideally followed by cold and then by stillness. Most owners find the routine settles into the hour before sleep.
