Solace One Indoor Sauna

Solace One exists for the home that has one unused corner rather than a spare room. The cabin is built from clear-grade hemlock, a pale, low-resin timber that stays comfortable against the skin, and fronted with a frameless tempered glass door so the room beyond still reads as open. Bench height and depth were set for a single bather to sit fully upright or for two to sit close, and the heater is sized so the cabin reaches temperature in under thirty minutes. It suits owners who want a genuine traditional sauna without surrendering a room to it.

Small rooms heat evenly, and this one holds temperature beautifully. You sit, the glass fogs at the edges, and the apartment on the other side of it stops existing for twenty minutes.

Fifteen to twenty minutes of heat, three or four evenings a week, ideally followed by cold and then by stillness. Most owners find the routine settles into the hour before sleep.
