Considered purchases deserve considered support. Here is how we stand behind every piece we install.
Warranty
Saunas, cold plunges and red light systems carry manufacturer warranties of between two and ten years depending on the component. Warranty terms for each piece are confirmed in your order documentation.
Service
Warranty service is coordinated by our team, including parts, technician visits and, where necessary, replacement.
Returns
Stocked pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition, less collection costs. Made-to-order and installed pieces are not returnable, but any defect is resolved under warranty.
Damage in transit
Every piece is inspected with you at delivery. Any transit damage noted at that time is repaired or replaced at no cost.
