Duality Hybrid Sauna

Duality resolves the argument in most households: one person wants the intensity of a stone heater, another wants the gentler infrared session. Both systems are installed and independently controlled, so the cabin can run as a traditional sauna at full heat, as an infrared room at a lower temperature, or as both. Warm walnut-toned timber and a full-height glass front keep it visually calm despite the additional technology.

Mornings on infrared, evenings on stone. It ends up being used more often than either cabin would be on its own.

Fifteen to twenty minutes of heat, three or four evenings a week, ideally followed by cold and then by stillness. Most owners find the routine settles into the hour before sleep.
