The Product

What this is

Horizon removes the shell entirely. A low flat bed sits beneath a large suspended ceiling array, so the experience is open on all sides and the room stays visible. The array is sized wider than the bed to keep coverage even at the shoulders and hips, and its height is set at commissioning for your ceiling. It is the system we recommend for anyone who finds clamshell beds claustrophobic, and it is the most architectural of the four.

The Experience

How it feels

Lying under it, the light fills the ceiling. Nothing is close to your face, which some people need and everyone appreciates.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much room clearance is required?

Allow at least 700 mm around the long sides for entry and servicing, plus canopy lift clearance where applicable. Your team confirms this against your floor plan before the order is placed.

Can a bed be installed on an upper floor?

Usually yes, but access route and floor loading are reviewed first. Units are delivered in sections where the access route requires it.

What maintenance is involved?

Surface cleaning between sessions and an annual service visit. Diode arrays are modular and individually replaceable.
