The Product

What this is

Haven was drawn for the house rather than the clinic. The bed sits low on a warm oak plinth with an ivory cushioned surface, and the array is a suspended oval canopy that reads as a light fitting rather than machinery. Output is tuned for domestic sessions of ten to fifteen minutes and the unit runs on a standard circuit, which keeps installation simple. It is the bed to specify when the room is also a room people sit in.

The Experience

How it feels

It does not announce itself. In a bedroom or a reading room it looks intentional rather than clinical, which is why it gets used.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much room clearance is required?

Allow at least 700 mm around the long sides for entry and servicing, plus canopy lift clearance where applicable. Your team confirms this against your floor plan before the order is placed.

Can a bed be installed on an upper floor?

Usually yes, but access route and floor loading are reviewed first. Units are delivered in sections where the access route requires it.

What maintenance is involved?

Surface cleaning between sessions and an annual service visit. Diode arrays are modular and individually replaceable.
