Contrast Duo Therapy System

Contrast Duo installs the full sequence in one place: a heated vessel and a chilled vessel of matched geometry, sharing a deck and a single control that holds both temperatures independently. Sequencing between the two without leaving the room is what makes contrast therapy sustainable as a daily practice rather than an occasional event. Finishes are dark timber and stainless; both vessels are individually insulated and lidded.

Three minutes cold, ten minutes warm, repeat. Doing it in one room rather than two changes how often you actually do it.
